COVID-19 Business Update

To Our Grower’s Ally Family,

While the world continues to balance the safe operation of business with continued concern about the ongoing global health pandemic, we want to reassure our customers that Grower’s Ally is fully operational and here for you to do business.

Our production facilities, warehouses and shipping departments are open and following all guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control to keep our customers and our team members safe. We have also implemented enhanced cleaning of high-touch surfaces. Grower’s Ally team members are required to practice social distancing, frequent hand washing and asked to stay home if they feel sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

For expedient delivery, customers can order direct with confidence. Our shipping delays during the height of the pandemic have been minimal or nonexistent. We continue to communicate with our shipping partners to ensure customers receive their Grower’s Ally products efficiently.

Customers ordering from Amazon are advised to be aware of Amazon’s restrictions around selling of non-essential items, which sometimes can cause our product listings to be pulled or results in shipping delays from Amazon warehouses. We apologize if you have experienced this delay.
